HELP! I dropped my iPhone on the ground and now the screens just white!?
What is wrong with it? AArrrgghhh~!~
The LCD panel inside the phone has two connectors, one that provides power and one that provides “picture”. The one that provides picture has come loose, probably because you DROPPED it. It’s called handset abuse. You can’t fix it. If there’s no external signs of abuse and it is less than a year old, AppleCare MAY fix or replace it, but don’t count on it. You broke it. If they don’t, you may be eligible for an iPhone upgrade, discounting a new iPhone (or, possibly, a different phone) with a two-year commitment.
